The fingerprinting took place at a personal residence. It was a pleasant and clean environment. She was very polite, cheerful and helpful throughout the process, explaining everything along the way, and even giving me a couple take-home documents to know how to fill the card out. My fingerprints were accepted by the company which lets me know of her professional standards and knowledge in completing the fingerprints correctly.
