Longer than 30 minutes wait (so please prepare ahead to avoid any delay) - ​$30

A cancellation fee is a standard practice in the mobile notary industry. If a notary travels to a location and the signing is canceled, a fee for travel and printing may still apply. This fee covers the notary's incurred costs, such as travel time and gas, even if the notarization doesn't take place
